January 20, 2015 – Visiting Angels, one of our nation’s largest in-home senior care franchises, has been named one of the top winners in the 2015 Franchise Satisfaction Awards. This year, Visiting Angels ranked #1 of all Senior Care franchises#3 in franchises with 250 or more units and #3 in the top 50 – Best of the Best franchises. This is part of a national project that looks at franchisee satisfaction at some of the country’s most popular franchise brands.
The results are based on a confidential, independent survey of Visiting Angels franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with the franchise system. Now in its eighth year, the Franchise Business Review survey is the only awards program to rank companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction.

The Franchise Business Review Franchisee Satisfaction Awards annually recognizes franchisors with the highest overall franchisee satisfaction based on its survey of franchisees. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business, lifestyle and other demographic characteristics.
